Zus\u00e4tzlich hat jeder Atemschutztr\u00e4ger in altersabh\u00e4ngigen Intervallen eine Vorsorgeuntersuchung zu t\u00e4tigen.<\/p><p>Da die Atemschutztr\u00e4ger der Feuerwehr Biedermannsdorf seit jeher alle drei Jahre einen Ergometrietest absolvieren, ist dieser von einem tauglichen Atemschutztr\u00e4ger ebenfalls noch zus\u00e4tzlich zu t\u00e4tigen.<\/p><p>Die sportliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung sowie die \u00e4rztliche Untersuchung stellt gesunde Atemschutztr\u00e4ger sicher, welche am Einsatzort schnelle Hilfe leisten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Die geforderte j\u00e4hrliche sportliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung kann durch einen Coopertest (Lauftest), Fahrradtest oder durch einen Finnentest abgelegt werden.<\/p><p>Da der Finnentest auf Grund der Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe am ehestens einem Atemschutzeinsatz entspricht, wurde beschlossen, die Atemschutztr\u00e4ger vorrangig diesen absolvieren zu lassen.<\/p><p>Der Finnentest besteht aus f\u00fcnf Stationen, welche aneinander kn\u00fcpfen und mit voller Schutzbekleidung zu absolvieren sind:<\/p><p><b>Station 1:<\/b><\/p><p>Marschieren von 200 Meter. 100 Meter davon mit 2 Kanistern, je 16,6 kg;<\/p><p><b>Station 2:<\/b><\/p><p>Steigen von 180 Stufen<\/p><p><b>Station 3:<\/b><\/p><p>Mittels Vorschlaghammer einen LKW Reifen um 3 Meter versetzen<\/p><p><b>Station 4:<\/b><\/p><p>Mehrfaches Unterkriechen und \u00dcbersteigen von Hindernissen<\/p><p><b>Station 5:<\/b><\/p><p>Rollen eines Druckschlauches<\/p><p>Um der Mannschaft einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung zu bieten, wurde der Finnentest durch den Sachbearbeiter Atemschutz, einem Mitglied des Feuerwehrmedizinischen Dienst sowie einem Mitglied des Kommandos aufgebaut und sogleich erfolgreich durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p><p>Der Finnentest wird demn\u00e4chst f\u00fcr die Atemschutztr\u00e4ger an verschiedenen \u201e\u00dcbungsdienstagen\u201c angeboten umso der Dienstanweisung zu entsprechen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
